I am often asked, what my driving force behind the Tweedmill brand?
Having worked in textiles for the whole of my career, I was lucky to acquire the Tweedmill brand (which has been established now for over 40 years) with the aim of increasing the range and delivering real quality and value. I have to say that it comes from a strong and simple ethic. I want to deliver a service and product that I would be happy to receive myself. The brand has grown year on year and this is partly due to finding out what you, the customer, is looking for and then delivering it.
The Tweedmill Brand
We are a UK manufacturer and chose Flint as our base mainly because it is situated on the edge of the River Dee next too a castle which gives us daily inspiration to create stunning textiles. Tweedmill has customers from all over the UK and also from many parts of the world, from Denbigh to Japan. You will see from our blog that our textiles pop up in many magazines and TV dramas and that’s always fun if it’s a TV drama I love to watch. Working with a hand-picked team makes growing the brand and delivering new ideas and products a real joy.
Delivering value and quality.
We now have over 1,000 products which cover home, accessories, outdoors and babies. We supply companies from the High Street, National Department Stores, Garden Centres and historical tourist venues. In addition, we also supply promotional items and branded goods for major world-famous brands. Tweedmill is all about delivering value and quality. In fact, it’s woven into us.
